Whether you own a single rental property or a larger portfolio, JM & Co. Property Services aims to remove the hassle of day-to-day management while maintaining the highest standards of service and communication. From tenant liaison and maintenance coordination to routine property inspections and issue resolution, every property receives the care and attention it deserves.
Equally, if you work abroad or live outside of the city and keep that handy London base, we will be on hand to keep everything running seamlessly while you're gone. Through regular property visits, proactive oversight and the management of any required maintenance, your home remains secure, well-maintained and ready for your return.
Where possible, maintenance work is completed personally, helping both landlords and homeowners to avoid unnecessary contractor call-out charges and inflated contractor costs. When specialists are required, we work closely with a trusted roster of reliable tradespeople to get the job done to a high level.
Every client works differently, so our approach is tailored accordingly. If you prefer regular updates and approval requests for minor works, these will be provided as standard. Equally, if you'd rather take a hands-off approach and only hear about the big issues, you can do so with complete confidence.
Property maintenance
Should you not have a property to be managed, but have a project that needs addressing in your home, JM & Co. also offer a service for ad-hoc maintenance needs to ensure your property is always looking its best.
From painting and wallpapering to tiling and general upkeep, all work is carried out with attention to detail and at competitive rates.
Whether it's a single room that needs refreshing or a longer list of jobs that have been building up, a clear plan will be agreed with you before any work gets underway.
